I am currently finalizing a divorce but have lost primary care of my daughter who will live in Pr with her mother ... the court was in Europe and had very little info on my wifes background, info which I didnt realise until after I married her. 1) She was hospitalized for mental illness in capestrano hospital in san Juan in early 2002, I need to know the diagnosis and medication she was described. 2) She has a long court history with her first husband and a history of abusing law 54 ... I need the history, 3) criminal background check. 4) Credit history 5) currently being treated in a private hospital in Rio Piedras ... I dont know the detail. 6) Her mother is taking Social security benifet for 20 years for mental illness ... i need proof, 7) I need to know also if she is claiming Social Security for some kind of disability, |
