Hello Sir, I briefly explain you my situation. My daughter was abducted by her father (a drug dealer with 2 outstanding warrants for drugs in the province of Quebec). The day she went missing, she showed activity on Facebook at 3:45 pm and the bus which she would have taken, according to the allegations of her father, left to 3:00 pm. She does not have a cellular nor a Laptop and Coach Canada (the only transport company that does the liaison Montreal-Toronto) does not offer Internet network on board of its coaches. Someone came to pick her up in Montreal! I have full custody, he has rights of visits that were not exercised in the past 2 years. Her father disguised her abduction (a criminal act) in running away (a civil act). The case is only getting heard on April the 6th and I am worried for my daughter! I have their location in Toronto however I need proofs of the abduction and wrongful parental action(s) from his part. I am trying to collect information to be allowed in court as proof of her removal. I am represented by a lawyer of legal aid but she does not have time to take the steps for the Facebook accounts of my daughter. I thus take on me through this official statement with you in order to see whether you can help me to obtain this valuable information. I would also be requesting a life style analysis, child care issues, and background for family members if ever it is possible. Thank you for your collaboration. In waiting of an answer from you. |
