I need: 1) ID photo of a person from their national ID card/ID database. 2) Check if this person is currently at a suspected residence. I want to try a couple of methods to be sure if this person is at the residence or not. 3) Field photos of this person while at the residence, if they are there. The field photo must clearly identify them as the same person from the ID card database. I have a confirmed first name and middle name, semi-confirmed last name, address, and family info. The target must not know about the investigation. Additional Info (Added 1/20/2010 21:11)... If no ID photo can be found in any database, the investigator must be prepared with an alternate method to establish identity of any person at this residence (there will not be many) who fits the description of the person I am looking for. The field photo is still required in any case. |
