This project is primarily observation, note taking, picture taking and video taking.
This project is to gather evidence for a civil and criminal trial(s). For a MINIMUM of one (1) day to a MAXIMUM of two (2) days.
A residence, and the area around it, needs to be watched and documented. Specifically, photographing a certain car parked around the residence (and note when it leaves, comes back, descrption of who is in the car), etc.
Photograph/video tape the two targets together -- in order to establish a romantic relationship is occuring.
Note times people leave, come back to residence.
All that is needed is photographic/video evidence of a car around a residence and photographic/video evidence of two people together.
You will be required to sign a written statement confirming what you saw and when you saw it. You will NOT have to go to court or testify. Your WRITTEN statment and evidence (photos/videos) will be enough.
