Yes it is possible to track any cell phone. Every country have its own system to track no. its hard to track a no worldwide, but not impossible. In pakistan i can do this.

It is posible to locate a particular cellphone number or the IMEI of the cellphone in the Philippines. Normally we should "ping" the number at least 3 times to get the location pattern to confirm definite location. Kindly advise though ahead of time so we can accomodate your needs.
