I need a tag # ran to find out the names of the registered owners of a vehicle. I already have one of the names, but I need the second. I would like this done promptly, so only bid if you intend to. This is the second posting for this project since the last investigator I selected never responded. Also, you must have a no hit - no fee policy. I do to want, nor should I have to pay a fee for someone to inform me they have no results. I have been scammed on this site before. Thanks.
