I have a friend whom i know their full name, but have lost contact. I am unsure why or what has happened but i am concerned. I know they are currently in Manilla visiting a Cousin whom owns a clothes shop but i do not know where in Manilla. The only other information i have is where her family stays, but i only have the location Ilocos. Is her family locatable with Surname and location? Or i have my friends phone number but this seems to be either out or range continuously or is broken or maybe even stolen. Any help would be appreciated, so that i may contact her or her family to see if everything is fine.
