Need information on an Afghan who was raised in the US, though I don't think this person ever received citizenship (has greencard only). Need to know if there's enough grounds to get this person locked up as he/she is defrauding other people, so a report or similar on all criminal activity/history that can be dug up in any country (primarily US and Afghanistan) would be helpful. He/she may have been deported from the US and their (non-US) passport may be fake. Person goes by multiple names.
Note that he/she disappears from time to time though thus far has returned, but given the growing number of people with grievances against him/her, it would not surprise me if he/she skipped town.
It is best if PI is Dari/Farsi-speaking or has Dari/Farsi-speaking translator. Yes I know the max is on the low side (though negotiable) but this project should not be too difficult as this person is well-known around town - and not very well-liked.

It would also be best if PI has people in Kabul as I may have some hard evidence, or things that could be used as hard evidence, in that city.

Can speak farshi very well and have local afgan friends also from Kabul and kandahar.Easy for
entrance anywhere being muslim(sunni) by religion.
