I am looking to find a person called John L Ibarrola. He is the Husband of Jhoice Reyes. He left her 4 years ago to work in Taiwan. He got work permit and is most likely with same company. We have parents house they rent in San Pedro Philippines but all of skipped town, and no way to find them. So, if we can some how find John, or at least were he works - it must be filed somewhere then we can reach him to sign some divorce papers and put pressure on him to advertise his past abuse of wife, if he does not respond - the later is up to us. We need to find either his work? home? phone? where he is at in Taiwan. Or to start maybe his parents via the address we have. There must be some rights a spouse has to show she is married to someone filed to be working in Taiwan. Or someway to do background check that would show were he is at as he went over there. He also came back to town in December and called her from a cell phone, only for him to tell her to stay away from him, and keep the son he left behind away from him. Our key is to get him to sign two documents that will allow her to get a divorce or annulment from him. He also owes debts to family. I think there is enough to try and find him if we can get some data from and embassy, or where work permit is filed for Taiwan, but we do not know how to check his background. Thx John. I do not want to put in a budget as finding documents could be few hunderd dollars only in PI as wages are low. And we have other resources to try first and may find this on our own. but, if some one has done this before and has reasonable idea on how to apprach this - that is what I am looking for. Thx John
