Description:	My father's wife is 15 years younger than he and by power of attorney she thinks she will have all rights to his company and all of his assets, but I'm aware that under infedelity this rule is voided. He has a written will but I would also like to have proof for future legal desputes because I'm aware that he has put me next in line to run his buisness but I'm afraid that she will try to sue me for it. I have personally found a pregancy test in her bag (my father could'nt have kids 20 years ago), I know she is on birth control, and when my dad had to rehabilitate in the nursing home i was home from college and my step mother was coming in the house at 3am-4am. She uses the church as an excuse alot because she spends alot of time away from home and she is a missionary, but I believe it is someone inside the church or a church group...she often makes trips out of town also...All I need is some incriminating photographs to hold onto.
