I am recently divorced , living in New Jersey,USA and am primary custodian for my son. During our divorce proceedings last year, my ex-wife began a relationship with a Polish national in Florida who I found out thru the internet was a convicted drug addict/alcoholic. I received a court order barring any contact of my son with this individual. I was assured thru documentation that the relationship of my ex- wife with this individual was over.
Thru reliable information, and actions which support the information, I have found that my ex- wife is routinely travelling to Poland, currently is renting an apartment in Poland - living with this person, and obviously continuing the relationship.
Her boyfriend was deported last year from the US (I have his alien number)due to cocaine issues -I cannot find out the charge.
Since deportation info is sealed, I do not know where he is from in Poland.
My concern is two-fold ---- I am concerned for my son's sake that he is not 'taken' from the US to Poland- and if I can establish the continuity of the relationship of my ex- wife with her boyfriend, then alimony would be obviously affected.
The polish consulate will not provide info and due to privacy concerns - the government will not supply deportation info.
Catching my ex-wife in the obvious lie will provide the info I need to go back to court. I know that she plans on going back the last 2 weeks of March and for all of JUNE and JULY based upon her limited visitation request for our son.
