Dear Sirs,
I need help locating two people who owe me money.
I have their social security number, last known address, last drivers license, birth dates, correct spelling of there name. Their last owned business and known associates – all in New York City.
One owes me about ten thousand dollars, the other is over thirty thousand dollars (at the time of judgment), and both have interest accruing for the last 7 years.
I'm looking for a service that has the knowledge and ability to find them an active bank account and or active employment – from there - my lawyer (or yours) can enforce judgment. Do you do this kind o work or can you recommend someone who does?
I'm willing to pay from half to a third of all secured money. I have (or my lawyer and the courts has) judgment papers..
In both cases I took them to court, they signed a contract setting up a payment schedule. The court awarded me the ability to withhold their salary and seize bank accounts. They both have defaulted about 7 years ago and live in New York City.

TO: ANYONE BIDING ON THIS PROJECT: I wish to clearly define my expectations.
I see by the responses that payment is expected on start of project.
SIMPLY: I’m on a fixed income with WTC 911 disabilities. I have not the cash to pre-pay for this project.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- 30% to 50% of all recovered monies (after normal legal expenses) for you fee.
PERSON 1 $6,000 plus 9% interest for 7 years
PERSON 2 $25,000 plus 9% interest for 7 years
- Payment after recovery.
- The cooperation of my layer and copies of court documents. (I have taken them to court and have placed a lean).
- Their ss number, last known address, phone numbers, drivers license and previous business, etc.
MY EXPECTATIONS:
- Locate active back accounts or recoverable assets or present employment.
- Assist in the recovery if needed
FYI
I believe I have enough information for an experienced person to locate this information.
Simply: they have no efforts to pay and have successfully avoided hiding their assets or being served papers.
Seven years have gone by, perhaps they have sizable assets now.
My health is not incapacitating me – but this is not my area of knowledge.
