Description:	We need to locate an overseas citizen that was known to be living in USA until this year. We are not sure if they are still in USA or have returned to their home country. Individual we are trying to locate received money after claiming to be in financial difficulty and then ceased contact. We can provide the following information regarding the individual: 1) Nationality 2) First & last name 3) Last known city of residence 4) Approximate age 5) Physical description 6) Last known occupation We need the following information: 1) Are they still resident in USA 2) If they are, we would like their address and place of study/employment 3) Do they they have any criminal background Notes: - Individual was last known to be a student and maybe hard to locate because of this. - Individual may have returned home overseas for the holidays so keep this in mind. - We have used various online public records search services that have not returned any results. - Confidentiality and subtlty is essential as you go about locating the individual. - We would prefer to discuss project and correspond through email. - We may require additional photographic confirmation and information regarding their financial status after they have been located so contractor must have the means and ability to conduct these additional investigations or can recommend a competent contractor who can.
