My brother has had limited contact with the immediate family over the past several years. Last month all communication stopped. Cell phone disconnected, no longer at last known address. Has a history of minor mental illness (mild paranoia) and lack of social adjustment. His paranoia is the reason for distance from the family and most likely the reason he has disappeared. Can't keep jobs, etc. Most likely has had minor run-ins with law enforcement. Most likely in London, ON area. Could be Toronto. Then again, could be anywhere in Canada. Recently had a minor drug charge that prevents him from entering the US. We have his previous addresses, SIN, disconnected cell phone, previous employers. Other info as needed. Last contact was Jan 15, 2006. He stated that he has run out of money and is living from shelter to shelter. Our family loves him and would like to know that he is in good health. |
